WEB DESIGN PROCESS
Let us look at each step in more detail:
Step one: Consider your requirements
Before we begin to design your website, you as a company will need to consider the following:
* Do you have a domain name for your business?
* Do you currently have a website for your business?
* If so, why would you like to change the current one?
* If not, what type of webdesign would you be interested in? Have you looked at any websites recently that you found interesting?
* Do you have an image or a logo already?
* What goals would you like to have by having a web presence?
* What type of website do you need or like? Do you require a simple website or a more detailed one?
* Have you considered what information you will be placing on the website?
* What budget would you need to work within?
* Do you have any information that we would be able to use to build and design your website? For example: a brochure, a price list, a photo gallery etc.
Step two: Consultation and Quotation
During this state the designers of Web Lookup Servcies will look at how you answered the questions for consideration and will provide a FREE quote for you.
Step three: Content Provision
* Regsitration of a domain name
* A letter with all requirements must be given to the design team
* All material such as logos, images, photos and information materal must be given to the design team
* 30% Deposit of the given quote is to be paid before the design begins. The additional 70% will be paid upon completion.
Step four: Website Draft Approval
Upon completion of your website, you are given the opportunity to look through the website and make changes before the website is uploaded on the website
Step five: Website Approval and Completion
Once the website has been approved by the client, the website is:
* Tested and debugged
* Added to Search engines such as Google, Yahoo ect.
Final payment of the design is to be paid at this stage.
